At Providence Bible Church, we desire to share the glorious gospel and see lives changed through saving faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is an ongoing work in the life of believers as they grow in sanctification, we desire to walk with one another as a body of Christ.
Providence is a small church-plant started in November 2025 in Billings, MT. Our name says a part of who we are; a group of believers gathered together relying on the providence of God. We firmly believe that the church is the people of God and not a building. We believe that God gives clear directions for his church in scripture and we desire to worship God as prescribed in scripture. We exist to glorify God; one way we do so is by worshipping God according to His revealed will. We believe that God prescribes us to worship through; preaching the Word (2 Tim. 4:2), praying the Word (Matt. 21:13), singing the Word (Col. 3:16), reading the Word (1 Tim. 4:13), obeying the Word (John 14:15) and partaking of the Lord's Table weekly (Acts 2:46, 1 Cor. 11:23-26). We also believe that the church should spur one another along to love, good works and unity (Heb. 10:24, Eph. 4:2-3) and be led by a plurality of elders (Acts 14:23, 1 Tim. 5:17). Providence has modeled itself off these core scriptural beliefs. We believe if these beliefs are being practiced by born again believers, then you have an assembled Body of Christ, no matter the building/location or number of members.
Providence's corporate worship service is integrated worship. We believe that God has ordained the family to worship together and for parents to be the primary teachers of the faith to their children (2 Tim. 3:15, Eph. 6:4, Josh. 24:15, Deut. 6:4-9). Children of all ages are a welcomed and loved addition to our worship service. We understand it is a learning and teaching process; noises from children will bother no one. We are in the training of our children together; this is part of encouraging one another as a body of Christ. We do have an area where parents can take their young children where they can still hear the sermon.
During the service, you'll hear our faith expressed in the songs we sing, prayers we offer up and our pastor's expository preaching. All parts of our service are grounded in the Truth of Scripture, which we are committed to upholding as a church body.
All are welcome to join us for worship! Our corporate worship service is Sunday at 10:30 AM and ends around 11:45-12:00. All are welcome to join us at 1536 Mullowney Lane STE 300 on Sundays!
